Therefore, we made the decision to serve one market only and to do it in a manner that provides you with unmatched service.
To maximize the level of professional service for our clients, Mortgages In Mexico employs a highly qualified staff (vs. using a contract service as many lenders do) at our Processing Center in the United States. Our staff is dedicated to one job and one job only...processing your Mexico mortgage loan in the most efficient, professional and knowledgeable way possible. The reason the staff of our Processing Center is in the US is that it makes it so much easier and less expensive for you, our customer, to communicate with our staff. We relieve you of the burden of having to communicate with the various agencies in Mexico. We do that part for you. During the processing of your loan, we adhere to strict privacy standards to guard your personal information - both on-site during your transaction and after the completion of your transaction, when we store your documents in a secure off-site location in the United States. Most people prefer that their private information be stored in the US rather than Mexico. We adhere to strict US mortgage guidelines regarding protection of our mortgage client sensitive personal information. We are approved by the NMLS national mortgage broker registry in the US, which requires annual background checks and continuing education.

Lenore has been a dear friend of ours for over 25 years so we know, without question, when we place your file in her hands that you're in good hands.
Born and raised in Indiana, Lenore has spent the majority of her adult life living in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado and, more recently, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
For more than two decades Lenore travelled extensively throughout the US teaching customer service and employee productivity. As an expert in the customer service field, we knew that if we could ever convince her to join our team that she would be a tremendous asset. Fortunately, a couple of years ago we were able to do just that and she moved from Santa Fe to Oklahoma to head up our operations.
