Here are some questions to think about that would help us help you...
What price range of home are you looking for? What area of Mexico are you interested in? Will you be living in your home /condo full-time or part-time?
Do you plan on paying off your mortgage early or throughout the entire term of the loan? How long do you plan to keep your property?
If you would like an estimated payment, be sure to include the loan amount you are requesting (25% minimum downpayment or more if you prefer). If no loan amount is indicated, loan payment will be based on 75% of what you tell us the sales price is going to be.
